The management of the maritime space and the coast comes charging more and more importance in the last decades, due to the increase of the intensity of use of the oceans and the need for its use and management sustainable. This regulation involves a management planned of coastal zones and sea to avoid the overexploitation and minimize the impacts on the ecosystems. The search for a balance between harnessing the economic, environmental protection, and regulations of use makes it necessary to coordinate efforts and search for the channels of approach between the government, the academy and the communities coastlines.

This journey, which will take place on June 4, 2025, in the Palace of Amarante, Santiago de Compostela, is aimed, in particular, to the challenges that it presents the development of the wind sector marine in Galicia.
