In the framework of the agreement signed between the Group BEFORE and the City of Santiago, María José Chapel participated in a press conference in the House of the City council, in Santiago, convened by Míriam Louzao, the department of Cultural Capital and Tourism, to advance the main conclusions of the forums of tourism that is celebrated in the month of November. These forums were part of the Pact Local for a Sustainable Tourism, in the framework of the Sustainability Plan tourist Santiago de Compostela.
María José Chapel presented the program of the scientific conference ‘The challenges of sustainable tourism’, which will take place next January 14, at the Faculty of Geography and History. This activity will deal with the challenges facing tourism to ensure its sustainability, related to housing, governance, mobility and the local economy.
